The National Coordinator, Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) Engr. Aminu Mohammed Bodinga, represented by Mr. Chinedu Olisah, has stated that maximum cooperation from RAAMP staff will ensure smooth exercise of the training needs assessment that commenced recently.

Earlier, the Consultant from Lashass Consult Dr Lawal Ismaila said that the exercise was aimed at preparing grounds for capacity building for enhanced performance in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Dr. Lawal noted that as implementers of the project objectives, equipping them and sharpening their skills is important and urged the staff to provide appropriate information that would enable him and his team to offer recommendations that would stand the test of time.
