Engr. Salisu Abdullahi
State Project Coordinator Gombe RAAMP
Salisu Abdullahi was born of Mal. Abdullahi Maikarfi Family by the year 1974 at Dakum Village in Hinna Ward popularly known as Dadin-Kowa in Yamaltu-Deba LGA Gombe State. Attended Bello Central Primary School Between 1981 to 1987 and completed Junior and Senior Secondary School between 1988 to 1993 in GSS Dadin-Kowa and GSSS Billiri in Gombe State.
Salisu Abdullahi got Admitted to the University of Maiduguri where he studied Civil and Water Resources Engineering between the year 1994 to 2000. After completing his Degree in Engineering, he served his NYSC mandatory service in the works department of Wamba LGA of Nasarawa State.
Engr. Salisu started his work experience in his Secondary school days as a timekeeper with VegFru Company Ltd until when he got admitted into the university. He worked with ABSAAM NIG Ltd as a civil Engineer consultant from 2002-2006. He got an appointment with Gombe State Ministry for Rural Development in 2006 as Civil Engineer II. During this journey, he occupied various positions up to the level of Chief Civil Engineer. He served various other positions in world bank projects such as Subject Matter Specialist in Engineering for FADAMA Project, Desk Officer Civil Engineering for CSDP, and Project Engineer for RUWASA Project.
He was appointed Gombe State RAAMP Project Coordinator in August 2019.
